Hanlon Development is the developer of Lombard Station, a 16,000 SF property with 11,500 SF of retail space located next to the Lombard Light Rail stop in North Portland. Along with the adjacent rebuilt Fred Meyer, Lombard Station was among the first new construction projects in the Interstate Corridor for many years. Development of Lombard Station required significant zoning and lot adjustments as well as complex negotiations regarding deeds, restrictions, CCRs and commercial leases.
